A severe weather setup is taking shape across the northern tier of the country. The Dakotas and Nebraska will be under the threat of severe weather Wednesday, with wind and hail being the primary threats. However, an isolated tornado can’t be ruled out. On Thursday, the threat shifts eastward, impacting portions of the Midwest and Ohio Valley. Places like Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis and Milwaukee could face severe storms.
