Dozens of people were evacuated from a block of flats in London early on April 29, after a fire at an electrical substation spread to the building’s roof.The London Fire Brigade said that 15 engines and around 100 firefighters were sent to Maida Vale.“An electrical transformer is alight. Part of the roof of a neighbouring residential building is also alight.
