The Kansas City Fire Department is mourning the loss of one of its own. Firefighter-paramedic Graham Hoffman, 29, died Sunday after being stabbed by a patient he was assisting during a medical call, according to department leaders. Hoffman had served with KCFD for about three years. A procession honoring Hoffman was held Sunday afternoon.
