Tropical Cyclone Zelia intensified as it moved toward the Western Australia coast on February 11, the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) said, publishing this footage.The Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) said the cyclone was a Category 2 and would likely reach Category 3 by Thursday.It was expected to make landfall on Friday or Saturday, the BOM said.
