Heavy snow built up around parts of northwest Pennsylvania on Saturday, November 30, as bands of snow continued to pummel the region.This footage was posted to Instagram by Kevin Joseph, who said he filmed it from his hotel along Interstate 90 and Perry Highway in Erie County early Saturday.“I thought yesterday was bad…look at it this morning.
