With the election defeat of the Los Angeles district attorney, a plan to resentence the Menendez brothers could be delayed. The brothers are serving a life sentence without parole for killing their parents, but there have been growing calls for them to be resentenced and freed after decades behind bars. NBC News' Liz Kreutz reports.
