Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.
Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.
No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

I've worked with Fortune 100 companies. All the blacks I encountered at corporate were either incompetent, gold bricking, or argumentative. They all got away with murder. I would never hire anybody based strictly on color or gender quotas. Hire the best, you'll get diversity, but you won't get consolation prizes.
And never, ever apologize to the hate mob. Once you do that, they have you by the balls. If you shut up for a week somebody else will say something offensive and you'll be forgotten. He has just sealed his fate. Within a week he will voluntarily resign and HR is already interviewing black lesbians to replace him so Wells Fargo can crow they're the first major diversified bank to have a black pussy licker at the helm.
Well there should be about 13% Blacks in the companies employees, they can always use cleaning crews to make the quota. That is if they can find those smart enough to do the job.
