Sad. He was off-the-clock got, out of uniform and behind the line before getting into a verbal argument and then took it outside, off the premises. I wonder if McD's will be stepping back from this one.
I kinda blame the manager for not explaining policy better. I haven't worked at McD's since I was 16, but you NEVER get into a fight on the premises and NEVER leave the store unescorted after an altercation with the customer. That was back in the 80's in the burbs. The policy has to be even tougher now.
