The American Bar Association is a left-wing political organization, just like the American Medical Association. While these used to be respected institutions, they now have no more credibility with critical thinkers than those three Dimocrat "law professors" who testified at Wednesday's hearing.

Just because the ABA says "not qualified" does not mean the person is not qualified. The ABA also withdrew it's "qualified" label from Brett Kavanaugh during that confirmation process.

As for Pitlyk's lack of experience, just remember that we used to put people on the SCOTUS who were not even attorneys.

I'm genuinely impressed by how effective Trump has been. I did not vote for him in the last election but he has carried out his policy, improved security, boosted the economy, etc. We're not at war with Russia. Overall I'm more than satisfied and will be supporting him in his bid for re-election.

While this may be GOOD for our primary Constitutional Amendments and our Culture...

Unfortunately, they'll ALL still uphold problem areas such as The Patriot Act and Imminent Domain... amongst others.

With so many conservative judges, I may have to rethink the idea of a 'living constitution'.

I love it when commies get redpilled

A Judge need not know anything more than constitutional law. Perhaps some others. Most judgements are around constitutionality though.
