accepting and respecting your body isnt separate from keeping healthy. its one thing to have a mental / physical disability that causes you to keep gaining weight but its completely different to just stuff your face or use low quality foods.

Also I'm agreeing with Stefan Molyneaux on this issue: parents who allow their children to become obese are dysfunctional, and dysfunctional parents have dysfunctional children who should be avoided as possible partners.

It's one thing to be fat when you are 40, married with children. But you're life is on the wrong track from the start if you are fat when you are 18 and single. You need to get thinner fast, no matter if you are a man or a woman.

Notice that none of these people have any attractive personalities or have a tendency to smile above that open-mouthed fear grimace. With the right personality, mindset, self-confidence, a mindset that doesn't go around food and weight, and the ability to smile like a normal person, then any body type can be Beach Body Ready. For these people, however, there is not enough Protein World on the planet that will help them get attractive. No diet can solve the land whale that's inside them.
