The eve of destruction? Is America's "cup of iniquity" (lawlessness) full? God's Judgement near? Better believe it. The Great Tribulation that Jesus talks about, directed at Israel, and those that believe not in God's Christ, is just around the corner. Just as His people turned their back on God, there was a long period before judgement came, but in every case it always did. So shall it be with the US, get right with God now, for the reckoning draws nigh.

Here's the problem right here... "Paul urged those of us who bear the name of Christ to employ the power we obtained at the Cross to fight against the powers and principalities of evil. Yet, how many of us who have attended churches all our lives know how to do this?"

See in order to fight evil you have to attend church, an organization, be a member and belong so that your resources ensure the organization's survival. Its a con game.

Your relationship is with God, not the organization. People who emphasize church have a need to belong. They replace fellowship with God, with fellowship with men. A man leads them to believe whatever he says, ensuring a dependence, that he is the one who can make you spiritually grow.

Here's how it supposed to be, just like Jesus did. Small groups attending each other homes where each person may share, pray and sing where there is no lead. You can be alone, read your bible and pray. All this, no money required. Name one building Jesus stationed at. There was none. He was always on the move, ministering to people. This is the blueprint to fighting evil.

If people are not fighting evil, then it means there is a perception that evil is not threatening them, at the moment. The may recognize evil, but will tolerate its presence so long as the following conditions are met: 1) A paycheck can be earned. 2) They have a shelter, privacy and storage. 3) They can buy food. 4) They can buy entertainment. 5) The have privacy and time for intimacy.

Evil will be engaged when perhaps two, three or more of these conditions are not true. In the meantime whilst the those 5 conditions remain true, evil can become as dark and foul as it wants, without any challenge. I can only imagine that people thank God for what they continue earn and have and see no need to engage the enemy.
