Black people always most affected...of course no one cares about the native working class who are denied a place in University.
Universities depend upon getting all that taxpayer supported student debt for courses that are cheap to run and offer little to no advantage to graduates in their future employment. This serves merely to give them the capital to make vast property investments to skew the real estate market.
