Sorry, but this law is NOT "unconstitutional" (the article quotes it as being unconstitutional). By definition. If the Supreme Court has not said it's unconstitutional and refused to rule on it at all, guess what? THEY THINK IT'S CONSTITUITONAL. Thus, it IS constitutional.

And yet, still no state laws passed that define a fetus as a human being...and no subsequent SCOTUS decision whether to acknowledge or strike down that fact. It's the ONLY decision that matters, and we still wait for just one state legislature to make it law and the SCOTUS to rule on it. At some point, even easily manipulated Ned Flanders conservatives have to recognize that America's Uniparty loves abortion. It's the only thing that has kept the black population under control, as it was always intended to do.
