They should sue. The MSM has repeatedly shown itself to be dangerous to conservatives and this time it went too far. They absolutely knew or should have known the facts before they reported the fake stories. Reporting news and being accurate is supposed to be their jobs.

Even if Nick wins and is awarded only a nominal amount, the ramifications will be huge...the MSM will learn they cannot slander everyday people and get away with it. I hope heads roll at CNN, WaPo, and every other media outlet who made this young man's life a living hell.

The MSM reports against conservatives the way they do because they believe they can get away with it, Time for them to see otherwise.

I am frankly surprised that no one has been suing these people repeatedly and often for the slanderous way they report "the news" for years.

Good ......sue them into oblivion.

Hope he wins!

This young man showed us all a great way to be. Just be yourself and if someone gets in your face, stand your ground and smile at them. So freaking simple, but look at the fallout. They actually consider that aggressive, which shows how fragile they truly are. Anyone who freaks out over something like that is full of shit, and it's high time that irresponsible media outlets stopped empowering them and feeding them false narratives.
