Some police officers in Tempe, Ariz., say they were asked to leave a Starbucks coffee shop on the Fourth of July because a customer complained they “did not feel safe” with the cops present, according to reports.

I'd personally rather have cops comfortable frequenting my establishment than some customer who is "Uncomfortable" being around cops. The two types that would have fear of the cops are the irrational misinformed type and the type that have a rational concern of the cops taking a closer look at what they've been up to. No mater the cause the cops would be a fair bit more useful to have around should trouble start.

Only a Black Person would do that. They are becoming the scum of the earth. Who wants to bet me?

This is why I won’t piss away my money on this business

Just start telling these "I'm not safe!" idiots to fuck right off. Don't even try to understand them or reason with them.

Same person who will call the police when something happens.

Law enforcement officers need to realize that these establishments are directly opposed to real law and order, hate those who enforce rules as opposed to their arbitrary and self-descriptive notions of how the world should be. Just stop going there. Let them stew in their own self-flagellation and aggrandizement, and see what happens whenever the uncontrollable elements of society begin to invade and break all of their "rules." Who will they call? The very people who make them feel "uncomfortable."

To much of the world is being run by petulant children who want to run things they way a five year-old runs a game of "tag."

"Neither the barista nor the customer who allegedly complained were identified. Starbucks would not say whether the barista would be disciplined in connection with the case."

------ Of course they wouldn't be identified 'cause both would be ostracized by everyone.

But I think that while the Customer won't be revealed, the Barista that works there would....at least to the Cops.

And I doubt Starbucks did anything as far as disciplinary measures to that barista.

There was a time that this would have bothered me, but in the last couple of years I have come to realize that the police do not give a damn about civilians. They are nothing but armed security guards protecting the corporations we call cities and counties. They follow orders like dogs. Need examples? Portland. Berkley. Baltimore. Oakland.
