Officer Ryan Remington was fired from the Tucson Police Department after fatally shooting wheelchair-bound Richard Lee Richards, 61, nine times outside of a Lowe's entrance.
There's always more to the story than is shown on the video, but it sure looks like they could have stopped him by:
closing the doors,
putting a 2x4 in his path,
unplugging the wheelchair battery,
pushing the chair over,
etc.

Suspect has great hair for his age.
Dude in a wheelchair = imminent threat, use deadly force.
‘Quick. He’s getting away! Shoot him!!’
Well it's a good thing he's WHITE because otherwise there would RIOTS right now.
So I ask you... is that a problem with BLACKS... WHITES... or THE REPORTING?
Cause my theory is on the later, especially since his RACE isn't mentioned AT ALL.
Also, when it comes to black, why is RACE only mentioned when it's conducive to STARTING RIOTS?
Seems pretty fishy! Better get Scooby and the gang on this one!
