In the fantasy land of CNBC people who have taken tests that drastically over sample (with very high false positives) that have no symptoms are "Cases". And they are using CUMULATIVE NUMBERS. With a big federal bonus check at stake, pretty much everyone admitted is a WhuhamFlu patient in many hospitals.
