Maybe he needs to offer to pay a bit more and thus get locals to do it instead of relying on foreign workers!

Maybe students should be picking the fruit to pay for their indulgences the way they used to.

My first job before I joined the RN when I left school in 1976 was picking tomatoes. They were ripening so fast that we had to work through the night to keep up.

Maybe if more young people did a bit of actual work before setting their sights on gender studies degrees and careers in intersectional navel gazing, we wouldn't have such societal division.
