If Agnew's departure was not an attack on Boris, what's the point of it then? Bojo is ultimately responsible for his underlings' actions and behaviours. Indeed, these were clearly corrupt and criminal. So Boris must face the same or more serious criminal charges than his juniors.

But I doubt if any of them will face anything. Some might resign (but not Boris), only to be reinstated into other roles in a few months' time when public memory has faded.
