  2. In a country of mainly white people, there will be a mainly white hierarchy

  3. If someone is good enough to rise up the ranks then they will, regardless of race

  4. "I had to put in a lot more effort to get my foot in the door". By what metric? What proof does she have that she missed out on opportunities? How does she know jobs didn't go to better suited people?

Because these top companies are unwilling to overlook talent just to fill a diversity quota. But now they will be forced and as always if you want help from a business go for the white man because the others are just diversity hires and if there is a white man still working there its because they cant afford to lose such a skilled staff member.
