Wait, Since when does Twitter's terms of service applied equally to everyone?

If he he doesn't have the balls to open his own account here at @Gab fuck him.

Twitter people still use that shit? Jack dorkey, donkey, dickinhand, dipshit, dopey, dillweed, disaster

Why does Trump even want to get back on Twitter with a bunch of leftist lib-tard trolls? He should go somewhere where he won't be hassled by the CEO and be able to post freely like on Gab? He looks weak gravaling to get back on Twitter with Jack Dorsey getting richer with increased Trump traffic and having power over Trumps tweets again.

The justice system like twitter is applied though feelings and nothing else.

Anyone banned for politics has nothing to do with terms of service nor does being a President. It does have to do with freedom of speech and if Twitter wants a certain political perspective they should advertise that point

And Twitters terms of service doesn't exempt them from anti discrimination laws.

Another Obama appointed judge. We need a retroactive impeachment of Obama, which would require the removal of EVERYONE appointed by his administration and employed in government service. The legal protection for these companies need to be removed and people should be allowed to sue them, no legal protection for those companies nor their leadership.

I'm pretty sure "I'm an ex-president" wasn't the reason he is suing. It was more about censorship of free speech in general

Bizarrely, a federal court ruled last year that Trump could not block trolls from replying to his Twitter account, but now Trump can be blocked from Twitter.

Either Twitter is effectively a public utility or it isn't. The useless and hypocritical federal judiciary is trying to have it both ways.
