Anti-hate crime laws are unconstitutional since it's a protected right. Any violence attributed to hate is already a crime. If someone kills someone else. I don't think the color of their skin matters.

Hate crimes are already gear towards targeting whites,
& NOT necessarily targeting 'hate crimes', or Bias crimes!!!
In other words, if they can use it to discriminate against
whites, they'll use them! Otherwise, they don't get much
use at all!!! How about a little bit of discrimination, with
a very unhealthy side of discrimination!!!!

It sounds like the "non-crime-hate incidents" they have in the UK... where they have NO FIRST FUCKING AMENDMENT WHATSOEVER.
