Remember in the "Wizard of Oz" when it went from black and white to color? Every April is like that for Tom and Jeanette at their farm in the Skagit Valley. For 60 spring times, they have been one. For 40 spring times, they have wandered the dirt on their farm together. It's a part of them. It's in their guts... to the point where it's hard to tell where their love for one another ends, and where their love for the place begins.
