what's meant to be a false flag - the anxieties and sabre rattling in Kiev, or the amassing of troops? if the former, why is that a false flag? what benefit is there in sounding rattled? if the latter, how have the US got their own operatives in Moscow? how have they been able to get Putin to put 100k troops there? or, if Putin's not 'in on it', why hasn't he said something about it not being Russia but america?
