Flavius is discussing:

The Federal Reserve signaled Wednesday that it will begin a series of interest-rate hikes in March, reversing pandemic-era policies that have fueled hiring and growth β€” and stock market gains β€” but also stubbornly high inflation.

Pushing trillions of worthless dollars into the economy is what devalues the dollar and raises prices (inflation). Did low interest rates causes inflation? No. Printing worthless money to chase limited goods did. You are being lied to. Doesn't raising interest rates cause inflation? Makes the cost of money higher. Don't worry. The debt is so high that they can never raise interest rates or cause the collapse of US debt, i.e., US dollars.
