Florida federal judge says Trump's former status as a US president doesn't exempt him from Twitter's terms of service

Former President Donald Trump is suing Twitter and its CEO for suspending his account after the January 6 Capitol attack.

I'm pretty sure "I'm an ex-president" wasn't the reason he is suing. It was more about censorship of free speech in general
