The reporting as to what actually happened has the distinct scent of bovine scatology all over it, frankly it doesn't pass the sniff test. There are safety protocols on movie sets I'm sure, and how is it that he hit a female cinematographer and the director and not what he was supposed to be shooting at in the film? One in the stomach, one in the shoulder...that's a considerable height difference, director was in the chair behind the cinematographer? No witness accounts of what happened, on a movie set. Mix all that in with Baldwin being 'rabid' anti gun, and not knowing what he was holding in his hands was real? Sorry...I smell 'circle the wagons' more than 'tragedy' - tragic yes, condolences to those who are impacted by the situation, but the story sounds fairly fishy.
