Nobody N. Particular is discussing:

An officer attacked Luke Stewart as he was sleeping in his car and then killed him. Qualified immunity prevents Luke's family from receiving justice.

There should be NO QUALIFIED IMMUNITY, this encourages actions without being held accountable. The police are not your friend, they are dogs of the State, always have been and always will be. Now, if the State is answerable to the People, this can be acceptable arrangement; but now we no longer have a State answerable to the People, and the governors have claimed unconstitutional power and we are witnessing the police being used as a cudgel against the People exercising their rights. Now qualified immunity will protect police officers who are enforcing mandates and edicts from the governor, which have been declared without any legislative action to support it.
