Jordan’s ex-royal court chief and former finance minister, along with a minor royal, have been charged with inciting the destabilization of the monarchy in a sedition case that also saw the king’s half-brother briefly detained.

If you haven't noticed with these regimes, they constantly teeter on the brink of revolution, family pecking orders are in perpetual upheaval. That is why in the old monarchies the usurper would systematically kill every family member of the previous King's to eliminate such threats. "Destabilizing" the present monarchy is their universal state of affairs, and will be into the foreseen future unabated, just something they have to live with, or die with, because they didn't ruthlessly remove all the threats from the get.
