In a country of mainly white people, there will be a mainly white hierarchy
If someone is good enough to rise up the ranks then they will, regardless of race
"I had to put in a lot more effort to get my foot in the door". By what metric? What proof does she have that she missed out on opportunities? How does she know jobs didn't go to better suited people?
The solution to this "racism" is to choose people based on race? Mmmmmm....
