So much for mask-wearing then. I don't see a sudden drop in numbers on that graph corresponding to compulsory mask-wearing at the end of July, in fact the numbers just keep climbing unabated. Could it be that wearing a mask means social distancing goes out the window, whilst the mask itself is largely ineffective?
