Looting is 'reparations'. Reparations are not law, or even a good idea. Having insurance enables them to take whatever they want. I think insurance shareholders might have a much different view as would the insurance policy holders, as well as anyone with a half ounce of common sense. As noted in other comments, defending ones life and property is a human right. Taking someones life or property is not a right, a good idea, or a sustainable view.
