There is NO chance I would vote to convict this woman. Had she fired her gun at the family, that's another story; but I wouldn't convict her for just displaying (yes, by pointing) the gun and being prepared. In another time, I might vote to convict, but not in the current environment.

I know most states have laws that even displaying the gun is a crime, but those laws were written for a civilized society, which America no longer is.

In this instance, it's crystal clear the mother and daughter were TRYING to provoke a confrontation. If I was a betting man, I'd wager that the daughter INTENTIONALLY bumped the white woman (just as she intentionally thumped the car as it was trying to leave, which is when the gun came out) to give her an excuse to DEMAND an apology from a "white person". There were two racists involved in that encounter - the mother and daughter.
