Kenneth Bourbon is discussing:

Despite the Trump White House's insistence that the President has been vindicated and exonerated by the Senate vote to not remove him from office, acquittal does not mean exoneration in an impeachment trial, writes John Avlon.

Only democrats voted to move articles from house. Up to 4 voted against (or present) and one switched parties over it. The Senate came no where close to 2/3rds needed to convict and remove. Further more, even with RINO Romney's defection, the majority voted not guilty. It was absolutely, in no uncertain terms, an exoneration.
