Working-class voters didn’t trust or believe Labour. We have to change | Labour | The Guardian

I can’t help but think that the fact that we saw only a tiny swing away from Labour in my seat was because of our ability to disagree well, with good humour and a shared vernacular

No, you absolute berk. The only reason that you saw a small swing was because you are in a major metropolitan constituency with a large Muslim voter base. In literally every English constituency that this is the case, Labour took/kept a seat. A red rosette on a pile of dead dogs would have gotten the same number of votes that you did. You have turned your back on the white British working class as have the rest of your party, that is why you fail.
