Agent Casey is discussing:

What, have they ruled as yet? Look it was bound to happen, the court would have to do it sooner or later if not today, some time in the future and it could yet happen again. While I have no faith in the Court using wisdom and or, the US Constitution as a guide, I do not equate the right of the dirt bag plaintive's to sue as them already winning. If the court rules against the Constitution, then there is no law and consequently we all have the license to be lawless, however, that subjective term, will apply, because if the law is not followed, then each law or lawless act, becomes subjective. They better get it right the first time, because it wouldn't be the first time stupid US Supreme Court justices, have caused an American civil war.
