San Francisco's newly elected district attorney has promised to not prosecute public urination and other quality-of-life crimes that have plagued the highly-priced Bay Area amid a crippling homelessness crisis affecting urban communities across California.

"If you're going to San Francisco, Be sure to wear splash guards on your shoes."

Interesting take, this "quality-of-life crime" thing. I never realized prostitution was a quality-of-life issue. I am certainly happy to have politicians and the ACLU continuing my education.

Perhaps these masterminds have finally found the answer to "broken windows" and the rest of us are just too stupid to see it. I submit, however, that the sucking sound we hear is SanFran getting pulled down the proverbial toilet.
