C B is discussing:

The U.S. Army is experimenting with new recruiting tactics as it struggles to connect with young people who have other job options in a strong economy with low unemployment.

If I knew in 2010 what I know now in 2019, I would have never enlisted to begin with. Not so much what I learned about the Army, but what I learned about this country and the true intentions of just about every institution of it. Why would any young white man want to fight for this? I'm not the one getting a free ride through life on the tax payer dollar because of the color of my skin or what is between my legs. I swear if I could do it all over, I wouldn't. To me it's no mystery they can't meet their numbers, can only imagine how bad combat arms is doing specifically since it's now and has always been overwhelmingly white and male.
