Lodi Silverado is discussing:

Washington Post opinion writer Jennifer Rubin pushed for Americans to work together to "burn down the Republican party" in the hopes of extinguishing any trace of the enthusiasm for President Trump.

"We have to collectively, in essence, burn down the Republican Party... We have to level them because if there are survivors -- if there are people who weather this storm, they will do it again."

She’s right; she just has the sides mixed up. If there are any socialist survivors who weather this “storm”, they will do it again. The storm she’s referring to is civil war.

The sides are irreconcilable. But it’s not time to have it yet. Our side isn’t even close to ready to fight. Our leaders won’t even acknowledge that the socialists are an existential threat and are waging war, already, on us. Our leaders want to make nice. With them in command, we would certainly lose.
