We need more than just punishments for false Sexual Assualt allegations. We also need to make it a requirement for all businesses to offer their employees protections against this type of shit. A clause or agreement that says they will wait for actual evidence to be revealed before they fire an employee. If they don't do this, they get sued/fined/are required to pay the fired employee severance.

If someone has a better idea, I'm all ears.
