Article 50 is a law that has not yet been repealed. So the British Government are breaking the law by failing to leave on the 29 March.

If you or I broke the law, or if a company broke the law, then there would be arrests, charges, a trial, a verdict, and (if found guilty) a sentence. Do the British Government get to break the law with impunity?
